All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two refined shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: We currently ship worldwide, with the exception of certain Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on customs processing in your country.

Return Policy Overview

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached).

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene concerns and customization requirements, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Underwear
  • Swimwear (unless defective)
  • Personalized or made-to-measure Suits & Tailoring
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

Step 2: Prepare Your Package

Once your return is approved:

  • Repackage items in their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation
  • Securely seal the package to prevent damage in transit

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned items (typically within 5 business days):

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Credit card/PayPal refunds typically appear within 3-10 business days (depending on your financial institution)
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • We will ship your replacement item once the return is received
