2.3 Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and customization requirements, the following cannot be returned:

  • Underwear
  • Swimwear (unless defective)
  • Personalized or made-to-measure Suits & Tailoring
  • Items marked “Final Sale”

3. Orders & Payments

3.1 Order Process

Your order represents an offer to purchase which we accept by processing payment and issuing an order confirmation.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes and duties. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

3.4 Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). You will receive tracking information via email upon shipment.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Shipping Options

We offer two refined shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx – 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $50 via EMS – 15-25 business days after dispatch

4.2 Delivery Areas

We ship worldwide except certain Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.

4.3 Import Duties

International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached).

5.2 Return Process

To initiate a return:

  3. Ship items to our Detroit address (customer pays return shipping unless our error)

5.3 Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to original payment method within 3-10 business days after we receive and inspect returns. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
